Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Order Processing
We require 1 to 2 business days to process and prepare your order for shipment. Processing takes place on business days only. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is 5 to 8 business days from the date your order is placed. Please note this total timeframe includes the 1 to 2 business day processing period.
Specific delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delivery estimates may vary due to carrier conditions, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Orders of $39.99 and above — Free standard shipping
Orders below $39.99 — Flat rate of $15.00
Tracking
All orders are shipped with a tracking number. You will receive your tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow a few business days for tracking information to update in the carrier system.
If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and your tracking shows no updates, please contact us at support@loridy.com and we will look into it for you.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Once an order has begun processing, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address. We ship only to the address provided at checkout.
